"Your staff really care about people"

About: Inner South Community Health

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I came for dental emergency appointment with little crack of back tooth. I was offered to wait to have a tooth fix.

I am observing reception staff and very delighted with my observation of care for clients. The reception girls really do care about the people they are dealing with, they have a lovely approach.

It is a lovely centre. Thank you so much. That's what we need in the community.
