From the moment we walked in, from the triage nurse to the doctor, all staff were excellent. I just couldn't fault them. Doctor was very polite and listened patiently. He explained when he had to attend to an emergency case that came in while treating to us.

The team there have been undertaking a lot of work to improve the patient experience and it's evident, based on your feedback, this is going well.
