My day procedure at Lilydale was perfect .... the staff, from the young lady at reception to the theatre staff, made my stay so much more pleasant. Marg, who booked me in, felt like a very dear close friend ... thank you. Heidi was the nurse that looked after me and I can't thank her enough, being in Hospital is a stressful situation anyway ... but I left there laughing and very relaxed. Thank you so very much everyone.

Thank you so very much for taking the time to provide your feedback via Patient Opinion. It is with great pleasure I hear of your very positive experience with the team at Yarra Ranges Health.

It's wonderful to hear of the extra positive impact that Marg and Heidi had to make your experience so positive. You can't ask for much more than to feel relaxed and have a good laugh!
