I was booked in for surgery and I organised a number of weeks off work. The day before the op at Caboolture Hospital, was told there wasn't a bed for me and it was cancelled. I now have a few weeks off work and still have to have op and further weeks off, which is very hard on the budget.
"My surgery was cancelled due to no bed available."
