"Liaison staff not helping/ no return calls"

I have a five year history with the Royal Brisbane and the staff stuffing me around and the Liaison workers covering up issues I've complained about. Now I'm in need of a Neurologist and the Liaison Officer won't reply to my emails. I also believe I had I.V. morphine illegally administered in emergency. False diagnoses. Public humiliation by two ENT surgeons and emergency nurses who refused to treat me after many requests from doctors. 

I have a very concerning new condition. I have had 2 MRI's that show small vessel disease in the bone and I also have a series of new symptoms. I have contacted the Royal Brisbane - the closest and most convenient, as well as the one I have been a patient at the most - and another hospital and neither of them get back to me. 

I have been bed ridden for months and it seems that the hospital refuses to help. It appears that once you make a complaint about a hospital they don't want to have anything to do with you.
