I attended Derby Hospital  for a procedure as a day care patient. All the staff I came into contact with were very professional and caring - from the orderly who transported me to theatre, Christy the ward Nurse, Elle, Alison and Claudette who looked after me in theatre and the Surgeon and Anesthetist. All very professional and customer focused. Thank you.
