My daughter called the switchboard. She's in a bad state as worrying about her very young child - very sick indeed! The switchboard operator spoke so rude to her. No advice. No help to direct her to a nurse for help or anything. My daughter was in tears. She was upset enough & stressed about her baby & this is how a mother gets treated. Is this a hospital or a joke? Her child will never attend that hospital. We will not be treated in this way. Shame on you Lyell Mac.
