"Fantastic and caring staff at Royal Perth Hospital"

About: Royal Perth Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I came to emergency with a cut in my leg, blood everywhere. The triage nurse, I think Maria, was fantastic. She cleaned me, temporarily re-bandaged my wound and took me straight through to fast track waiting area. I was there no longer than 5-10 mins then another nurse, I believe Trevor, took care of me.

I have to say they were fantastic and very caring.

To witness the unthankful, rude patients was a disgrace. They must put up with a lot.

Job well done, guys.

Hopefully won't see you too soon.

Much appreciated.

Dear ‘Taken care of’

Thank you for taking the time for the positive feedback, and I am pleased that you are continuing to recover. We are indeed very proud of our teams here as they work towards very high standards and measure their success against these in a number of ways.

Patient experience is one particularly important aspect of this and your positive feedback will help both inform, and as you can imagine further motivate an outstanding team

Kind regards

Dr Aresh Anwar
