(as a parent/guardian),

Last weekend I attended the ED with my unwell child. I would like to congratulate the staff and hospital at the changes since my last visit. This visit, my child was treated as a patient with care and respect, not the same for our previous visit some months ago - which was the complete opposite.

The change is wonderful, please continue the good work.
