"No progress and maybe a waste of time."

About: Headspace Hurstville

(as the patient),

I went to see Headspace Hurstville for a pretty long time.  It didn't have any progress. Very slow,  unhelpful, irresponsible;  a waste of time. A lady at reception was very rude; yelling at me after I just made a friendly suggestion/comment which she immediately thought was a complaint or something and wouldn't allow me to return there.  They (especially manager) tried to make many excuses and lied to me.  I was referred by a doctor for a psychologist in which didn't happen.  This manager had to speak to me after I filled a form and she had a very distinct rude attitude;  falsely accusing me of having an agenda;  I am not sure what she meant but I assume that it was about me having special consideration at school;  in which even the scary and bizarre psychiatrist who I saw at Headspace said I was entitled to with my conditions;  and said she could "write me for depression and anxiety" but for whatever reason she didn’t. I asked for their notes which the manager said I would have to write to their boss and you will have to wait a long time and I doubt they will give it to you; don't bother,  in which later I found multiple Headspace documents saying I can get these notes. This manager/reception later shoo'd me away from Headspace and said other people need it more, yet said my case was too hard for them... The only ok part was a social worker who said it'll be a long police report when I considered going to police and was sympathetic to me and maybe felt Headspace was responsible for later going to crisis team and worsening my condition. Funny how initially multiple people didn’t want me to get a diagnosis (cuz they are responsible) and later they tried to emphasize my mental health negatively knowing what they did to me was wrong and they would get in trouble (to try make me seem unreliable).  Although it was my horrific high school new deputy /staff and students who caused this, Headspace were not much help.  Headspace could help make this situation better maybe but at this point I don't know what they could do.
