"Just needing my teeth fixed"

I have been to the dentist 3 or 4 times now. I had 3 wobbly front teeth that the dentist had to remove. They glued the same teeth back in and 2 weeks later my teeth fell out. I went back again and they re-glued the teeth and 2 weeks later they fell out again. I went to them to ask them to put 3 new teeth in, but all they did was clean my teeth, which they had done 2 times before. I also had a full X-ray done, but had had an X-ray taken on a previous occasion. I have had my teeth cleaned a few times now, but just want my teeth fixed - it just doesn't look good.

Each time I go back I have to pay to see the dentist. I know it's cheap compared to other dentists, but I am currently not working. The staff are very nice, but I just want my new teeth and not to keep going back to get X-ray results and have my teeth cleaned.
