Totally disgusted at the amount of cigarette butts outside the new Esperance Health Campus Emergency/Main entrance. I'm sure there is a no smoking zone around hospitals. It's very disgusting to approach the main door fighting your way through cigarette butts and 2nd hand cigarette smoke. Its terrible! !

Dear Disgusted17,

The State Government has a no smoking policy for all of their health facilities. I am very sorry that you experienced butts and smoke at the entrance to Esperance Hospital. The butts have been removed from the front of the hospital. Staff have been reminded of the State government policy and will address this with patients and visitors.
