To the marvelous paramedics and the wonderful staff at Sydney Hospital Emergency. A heartfelt thank you. I'm the guy who fainted and vomited at the railway station and was looked after that evening. I'm so grateful and so impressed at the slick outfit that you're all part of.

The motorcycle paramedic whose name I never got.

Brad and Jane, the ambos who treated me.

Dr Chea and the nurses whose name I never got.
