We went to emergency needing to get my child's head glued. It is always so good to see happy, professional, quality, child-friendly workers... Melissa at Ipswich Hospital, was so good at engaging and reassuring my toddler. It is very obvious she is good at what she does and we want to make sure her managers are aware of how great she is with little ones!

We are delighted our Emergency Department staff provided you and your little one with supportive and reassuring treatment. Like you, we are in awe of the way staff care for children and their families at often very difficult times.

At West Moreton we aim to provide the best care possible, so it is really gratifying to know our hard work is appreciated by the community. We will be sure to share your story with staff and senior managers and they would join us in thanking you for your kind comments.
