"Amazing service but I don't always feel understood"

I have been using the service as a significant other and find the counselling is fantastic. It can be difficult starting a new program or changing counselors because I struggle retelling my story each time, but the counselors are all amazing. I have found the significant other sessions and groups a real benefit, however my personal situation has since changed and I don't always feel understood based on my situation. As a single mum, I would love there to be something available, maybe during school hours, like a group for single mums. I don't know if there is something available and it just isn't advertised, or maybe other single mums have felt embarrassed and didn't want to speak up. I'm not wanting special treatment or a babysitter, and am so grateful to this service for all that they have done, I just think it would be good to be more accommodating to specific situations.

I really appreciate this service exists, other counselling services have changed due to the government and I think this DrugARM are doing a great job.
