"Non smoker"

I was at the Townsville Hospital for my Blood Glucose Tolerance Test, I am repulsed by the smokers outside of the hospital doors, who blatantly light up as soon as they are out the door. I don't know what smoking requirements are but this doesn't seem right. This area was between main hospital and the therapy cafe before the zebra crossing. These people are not staff but patients. So educating patients on smoking further away and strictly policing this is my suggestion.
