(as the patient),

I am sitting in the Sydney Hospital, with a broken arm for more then 2 hours and haven't seen a doctor yet. This is disrespectful to people.

Dear Fernando,

We just received your feedback whilst you are waiting in the emergency department with your injured arm. I suggest that you ask to speak with the Nursing Unit Manager who can assist with the concerns you are having about your care.
