"Staff lovely at Box Hill Hospital - Maternity"

Planned csection due to complications of previous pregnancy. Excellent care during stay. Rooms in the new building greatly improved on old facilities. Staff lovely nothing was ever too much issue always happy to help you and did so with knowledge and skill. Only complaint would be that between departments staff lacked knowledge. E. g. Admissions had us fill in paperwork to go private, came with benefit of tv in room. No tv in room thou because Box Hill don't take private maternity patients, took some time to ascertain why tv wasn't working. Blood collected on Friday before Monday operation had been destroyed first thing Monday because box hadn't been ticked when sample taken to hold longer.
