I require nursing services a couple of times a week and I find it extremely hard to attend my GP or Broome Hospital for this care. Upon returning home after a few weeks in Broome Hospital and Fiona Stanley, I found Silver Chain to be a blessing. The Silver Chain nurse comes to my house and all my needs are taken care of. My nurse, Tonia, is a friendly, professional nurse whose skills I can not fault. All care and questions are explained and what she doesn't know she researches and gets back to me. Recently my health has sadly taken a big decline and without the services of Silver Chain my life would be a lot harder. You would not believe how grateful I am to be in their care.

Thank you so much for taking the time to express your gratitude for the new Silver Chain Home Nursing Service. Broome Hospital has partnered with Silver Chain to improve services for our patients and the community who may not need to come to the hospital to have a health need met.

We too are impressed with Tonia’s friendly, professional approach and her tenacity for resolving problems efficiently and effectively.

I am sorry to learn that your health has declined. It is a comfort to us to know that you feel Silver Chain is having a positive effect in your life.

The Broome Silver Chain service accepts referrals for eligible clients from the Hospital, GP’s, individuals and families.
