Dear grateful daughter,

Thank you for your appreciation posted on the Patient Opinion website. It is wonderful to read that Craig from our Aged Care Team was polite and courteous when assessing your mum and that this resulted in a good outcome. Our staff are committed to providing high quality patient centred care to our community and do strive to be very respectful of a patients needs.

It is great to receive feedback like yours as it reinforces that we are achieving what we strive to do. I have passed your lovely comments on to Craig.
