Thank you so much to Di, the sexual health nurse. She was absolutely wonderful to talk to, I felt very relaxed and comfortable talking about some private issues. She is very knowledgeable and professional.

Thank you for taking the time to share your lovely compliment on Patient Opinion. Sexual Health can be a particularly sensitive topic however with Di's respectful and caring nature it allows people to feel safe and encourages people to use this valuable service. Di is also an innovator and was responsible for the introduction of Text 2 Test Text 2 Treat ( T2T) Program. The program uses SMS messaging to provide people with a confidential, discreet service in a format that is both accessible and user friendly.

WA Country Health Service have received a number of compliments about Di and the service which reinforces what a wonderful job Di is doing. I will take great pleasure in feeding your compliment back to Di and senior management.
