"Lack of communication"

My grandparent was admitted to Knox Private Hospital.

Their hands were swollen, they were in a lot of pain and they weren't feeling right.

They were then admitted to the ward. We called and my parent went in to find out about what was happening and despite being power of attorney could not find out any information.

The staff claimed the specialist would call my parent and update them. Well that never happened.

We still do not know what my grandparent had or why they had to stay in hospital such a long time.

I suspect it was so they could use my grandparent's private insurance to fund themselves.

I believe this seems to happen a lot at Knox Private.
