(as a relative),

I took my husband to ED with a very bad infection in his elbow. We called the on-call doctor as there were lots of patients waiting. We saw the doctor at his rooms and he sent us back to ED to get urgent bloods and IV antibiotics.

The girls there were excellent - Marita, Jade & Bec the ward clerk. All very helpful and did a wonderful job looking after my husband. I feel they don't get enough praise for the job they do. People are too quick to make complaints but don't take time to compliment the staff when you have a good experience.

Thank you so much for letting us know about the care your husband received whilst in our Emergency Department.

Positive feedback goes a long way to help motivate us to continue to strive to do better and maintain standards.

I hope your husband's infection is settling and he is now feeling much better.
