"Personal scans and X-rays lost by the hospital"

About: Box Hill Hospital

(as the patient),

After my surgery, I never got to see my scans and x-rays. These were lost along with my diagnosis and other paperwork. In spite of repeated requests to return these to me, never heard back from the hospital.

I am sorry that you have had no response to your requests to have your scans and x-rays returned and understand that a lack of communication is very frustrating.
