"ED visit to Box Hill Hospital"

Hi there, I just wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff at the Box Hill Hospital Emergency Department for my recent care. I had a nasty fall recently on my way to catch a train into the city. Thankfully I was with family at the time and they took me to BHH very quickly after the fall as my face was swelling up and bleeding quite a lot. From the moment we arrived, I couldn't have been happier with the care I received. All staff were very thorough, caring and professional. I sustained both orbital and nasal fractures in the fall and was quite shocked. I stayed in the Short Stay area overnight and was discharged the following day into the care of my family. We returned a few days later for a follow up appointment in the OPD (outpatient department) to further check my facial injuries in the Plastics Clinic where again I was treated with respect and great care.
