"My hand surgery"

About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital

(as the patient),

I had surgery on my left hand to treat trigger finger. I was on the waiting list for 12 months. I felt cared for by all staff particularly Vicky who was looking after me.

I particularly liked that all staff addressed me by my name and introduced themselves to me

Dear Handy,

Thank you for sharing your feedback on Patient Opinion. Your feedback reinforces how important it is for staff to introduce themselves and address you by name. It is these personal touches that our patients remember. Your feedback will be forwarded onto the staff and especially Vicky.

All the best for your continuing recovery from surgery.

Kind regards

Jennie
