(as the patient),

I am just giving an opinion regarding technology. I think that doctors or Counselors should have an email address for their work only. Instead of patients of ringing the office to reach them too, because technology is running with time.

Like most health services we have a policy for clients to phone or email our Service Access Team in the first instance. Service Access can help with most questions (e.g. rescheduling an appointment) and this frees up our clinicians to respond only to essential queries.
You can email our Service Access Team (adminenquiries@starhealth.org.au). Your email will be immediately forwarded to the relevant clinician if Service Access cannot handle the enquiry.

Your feedback has made us aware that this email address is not prominently displayed on our new website and I will rectify this today.
