I recently completed the cardiac rehabilitation program held at Angliss Community Centre in Ferntree Gully. It provided ongoing support, education and exercise in a group environment. The program was run by a professional team and was a lot of fun - no pressure. I now know how to have a better quality of life. Thank you to the rehab team at Angliss.
