"Trying to get through to the hospital"

(as the patient),

I have found that getting someone to answer the phone has always been a pain... I have been a patient or visitor for many years. Today I have been waiting for someone to answer The Sydney Eye Hospital phone for 22 minutes...

If someone is employed to do this job, please find this person and get them back to work.

Wow, I was just told for the first time I am in a queue. How difficult can it be? Answer the phone, and send phone to right department.
