"St John of God Hospital Subiaco"

About: St John of God Subiaco Hospital

(as the patient),

I was recently admitted at SJOG Subi for a cardiac ablation. I have not had that procedure before and found it a very positive experience. The staff were all amazing from the Doctors through to the Nurses and other staff. A big thank you to Dr Tim and the anaesthetist. All were very caring. Their standard of care was excellent and I would particularly like to thank the staff on the Cardiac Care Unit for their care...particularly Haylee who was my nurse for most of my stay. She was lovely, friendly and attentive and provided very competent care. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I was then transferred to the Cardiac Step Down ward for my care overnight, as my bed was needed for someone in greater need. Their care was also excellent. Every time they needed to do anything for me, they explained what they were going to do and got my approval before they commenced any actions. I felt fully informed at all times. I am home now and recovering well and this is largely down to their care.
