(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

My relative presented to the Emergency Department for a medical problem, special mention must go to nurses Tae in Triage and Julie from Emergency.

They were then treated in HDU (Ward 2 East), another special mention to nurse Emily, they all made the experience pleasant (P.S I feel sorry that I cannot recall all the names from the friendly staff). We felt welcomed and relaxed throughout the hospital stay.

The only suggestion is to have more bathrooms for visitors or more signs showing where they are.
