I have been in much better health mentally and physically since Nikki started the Pilates and after a long time it changed to weekly. I have been going since the beginning I was in the very first group, so are some of the other participants.
I'm very happy for the exciting times ahead for Nikki. Not the same feelings towards having no class for 12 months. How difficult would it be to ask the St Kilda Pilates Physiotherapist to come to South Melbourne every Monday to instruct the class? Even my GP thinks it would be good to continue my classes. This means 7 or more people go back into the 1 2 1 system. Please give us the service we deserve as long time loyal participants who have benefited from the class.
I have looked for another low cost professionally run class and can only find the St Kilda group. Let's hope there's enough space for us 7 to join so we can continue to improve our mental and physical health. Or the physiotherapist could just as early start her week in South Melbourne first by taking our class Monday mornings? How difficult is that for a solution? Or find a replacement! We deserve not to be forgotten or given no alternative. Next week we'll be expecting our class to continue.
