"Poor treatment"

About: Angliss Hospital

(as a relative),

Mum was taken to hospital by ambulance in extreme back pain. She told me that she has never felt pain like it before even though she has gone through childbirth four times. They dumped her in a wheelchair in emergency and left her there waiting, waiting, waiting. Mum was sick and had to find her own sick bag. Couldn't they have put her on a trolley? I rang the hospital and they said they had given her something for the pain, when they in fact hadn't. They said they weren't sure when mum would be seen and told me to take her to her doctor! Mum could barely walk - absolutely heartless! We did take mum to her doctor and they were shocked and said she should have been in hospital.
