"My mother's great treatment at Sale Hospital"

(as the patient),

As a result of a recent fall my elderly mother ended up at the Medical Unit of the Sale Hospital. Mum's recent mental health had been declining due to the onset of dementia. The staff at the unit were very caring and offered great advise. The staff were clearly highly motivated and the culture in the unit was really positive. Clearly the unit manager should be highly praised as Mum's stay at the unit was so much more bearable solely due to the staff. Mum is now in a great aged care facility and doing well thanks to the medical unit team

I know the staff in the ward are committed to providing a caring and supportive environment for our patients and I frequently see evidence of the very positive, patient centred culture when I visit the ward.

I am very glad that your mother is doing well in a great aged care facility.
