I spent 4 hours in the paediatric emergency ward this afternoon/evening with my child after a bicycle accident on the way home from school.
My child required stitches, X-rays and eventually a plaster cast on their arm.
The staff we came into contact with were polite, kind, caring and they thoroughly explained all the processes my child had to go through.
Thank you for all your care and expertise. I cannot thank you enough!
