I wanted more people to hear of my great experience.

Recently, I was finally booked for an appointment in Darwin that I have waited a number of years for.

At this time of year I am extremely busy at work and with this and my anxiousness about flying I was concerned about this trip. However after dealing with the PATS office in Kununurra, in particular with Jane over the phone, I was reassured that the inconvenience to me and my employer was minimal and they even made me feel better about the option to fly vs drive given my concerns with flying.
