Our child was admitted to the Emergency Department recently and from the time the ambulance picked them up my child could not have been in better hands. The emergency team were very professional as were the ward staff. My child was transferred to ICU and put in an induced coma - confronting for loved ones but ALL the team there have been marvellous. Not only with their care of our child but their kindness to us has been so good. Even when ringing in the middle of the night they never made it feel like it was a nuisance to them!
My child is now in the high dependency ward but we will never ever forget the care they have received from all the doctors, nurses and support staff at ICU.
