The staff at the PATS Broome office and kind, efficient and flexible. Taking children to medical appointments in Perth can be very stressful, but the PATS staff have a "can do" attitude.

Thank you for your feedback on the PATS service in Broome. All our staff aim to provide caring, compassionate and reassuring service and it is gratifying to know that you and your children appreciated their efforts. I will pass your feedback on to the team. When consumers take the time to provide such feedback it has a very positive effect on staff morale.
