How I feel is connected by people not understanding the lack of respect for the deaf. I want to make appointment for podiatry but cannot access Jindabyne Community Health. This could be solved by me being able to access an email number to make an appointment for podiatry etc., as well as a phone number. There should be be another way available to people like myself. We are not being understood. The explanation for my deafness is that I can hear the voices clearly, but not the words - therein lies the problem. Can you help me? Thanking you.
