(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

A suggestion - when replacing some chairs in waiting room could some be perhaps 6 inches higher please - easier to get out of?

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. All waiting rooms should have suitable height chairs available. For some reason they have been removed. I will arrange an audit and ensure that there are higher options in all waiting rooms.
