About: BlueCross Scotchmans Creek

(as a relative),

I want to say thank you to the amazing team at Scotchman's Creek. My parent is coming very close to the end of their life as I'm writing this, and the staff have been amazing with looking after my parent and our family. They just can't do enough, from the coffees to the shoulder to cry on.

I do have to say the stand out girls are definitely Maureen and Coco. These two have gone above and beyond. I hope they get acknowledged for their efforts. Thank you for having such amazing staff.

I am both touched and delighted that you would take a moment to provide feedback at this time and you can be reassured that I will pass this on to Paul, our Residence Manager at Scotchmans Creek. I will also ask Paul to pass on your thanks to his team, specifically including Coco and Maureen.

I understand that this must be a very sad time for you and your family but I am so proud of our staff and the way that they were able to make a difference when it was most needed.
