I am writing regarding the Bicentennial Eye Clinic. Things are working a lot better the way they are doing it now. Since they changed the location, everything is a lot smoother and there are not as many people packed in.

Thank you for taking the time to acknowledge the improvements in the Bicentennial Eye Clinic. The current clinic set up was implemented in response to patient feedback concerning overcrowding in the clinic. The change has relieved the overcrowding and improved the flow for patient/family and staff. The clinic staff have been instrumental in the success of the new process and will be pleased with your feedback.
