A massive shout out to all the staff in ward 5. 3 (Paediatrics) at Box Hill Hospital (in particular to ANUM Reanne and RN Katie) and to the Surgical Admission staff (in particular Dr. Joe and his wonderful team) who looked after my child during my child's recent elective surgery.
As an employee of Eastern Health myself I am very pleased to acknowledge the postive experience our family had, with no complaints.
The kindness and compassion that emanated from all the staff we came across very much demonstrated the Eastern Health values.
From the warm greeting by the ward clerk to the cups of tea from the PCA's, in an amazingly clean and well maintained environment, we were made to feel welcome, comfortable and reassured.
My child is recovering well and is looking back on their experience in a positive light. This was my child's first ever hospital admission so this means a lot to our family - thank you! ! !
