"Visit to your emergency department"

I was having problem with my left knee whilst on a visit to Sydney. I visited your emergency department hoping for a scan. A welsh doctor advised me that an x-ray would not disclose the correct information and suggested that I had an MRI when I returned to Melbourne. I took her advice and an MRI has shown that I have a tear in my meniscus as she had thought it would be. My visit was late last month. Please advise the doctor of the result and thank her for the help and advice that she gave me.

I also wish to thank your staff who were so professional and caring even though they are under so much pressure. My problem has been with me for along time and many a doctor including a recent visit to a major hospital in Melbourne had not diagnosed the problem. So once again thank you and please pass on my gratitude.
