"My admission and treatment."

About: Nepean Hospital

(as the patient),

Recently I suffered some sort of acutely confused condition and was taken by ambulance to Nepean Hospital. I had been out of it all day. On arrival I was taken to the Emergency Dept. to be examined. I awoke when on the bed to find myself pinned down by approx 5 people as I had become fairly aggressive. I didn't know where or why I was there and had also become uncommunicative with both my wife and child. when I awoke I was informed as to what had happened on my arrival. I wish to thoroughly apologise for the threats, language and attempting to be physically aggressive. Whilst I may have the advantage of blaming my behaviour on the acute confused state I found myself in, I truly believe the medical staff went beyond and above the call of duty. They are to be commended. I was discharged a couple of days later. I can truthfully say that whilst my stay at the hospital was not pleasant, the unpleasantness wasn't contributed to by the medical staff. In fact I can only say they were fantastic. Thank you.
