I recently approached the record department of the hospital. I was surprised to find out that a lady in charge was very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name.

I hereby would like to show my sincere appreciation and congratulate the hospital for having such an asset.

Dear Very helpful

It is great to see our support staff being recognised for their pleasant and helpful behaviour. Whilst the Medical Records department is an integral part of the hospital, the staff are not often recognised for their ongoing good work. The manager of the Medical Records department was very appreciative that you took the time to post your positive feedback.
