About: BlueCross Livingstone Gardens Peter James Centre

(as the patient),

This program saved my life, I was stuck at Peter James which I was finding depressing, the staff were great at Peter James, the facility unfortunately is old and depressing, I was moved to the non weight bearing program at BlueCross Livingston Gardens, the most beautiful facility, wonderful staff, great atmosphere, I felt like I was in heaven, Jo and her staff were amazing, couldn't do enough, the BlueCross staff are amazing. This is the most wonderful program, it has saved my life

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts on Patient Opinion. You make balanced comments recognising the great efforts by the staff at Peter James Centre and also Bluecross Livingston Gardens.

I appreciate the facilities at Peter James Centre are not suitable for all, especially when you need to spend considerable time there - no-one really wants to be in a hospital type environment for prolonged periods.

We are really pleased to be working with Bluecross and realise the positive benefits such as you are experiencing. I will make sure the staff receive your positive comments.

Many thanks for your great feedback on the joint Eastern Health/BlueCross program at Livingstone Gardens. I really appreciate you taking the time to write and pass on your feedback. The program has certainly been very successful with lots of positive feedback about the program and Residence itself. We do pride ourselves at BlueCross on the quality of our Residences and furnishings so I think it's a great compliment that you mentioned that it felt "like heaven".

I hope that you are on the mend and getting back to good health and thanks again Saved my life for your feedback.
