I wanted to let you know that your team at Chelsea Manor are amazing! I admitted my father there recently and the team made what could have been a very traumatic experience feel like coming home. The whole process has happened quite quickly but the team have been wonderful in assisting us – from the tour to the admission, the standard of service has been exceptional. Julie (Manager) and Tanya (Nurse Manager) were fabulous with a warm, welcome and supportive, caring and respectful admission process.
The receptionist, also named Julie, gets my vote for employee of the month. From the moment we stepped into the facility for the tour, I knew we just had to get a bed for Dad at Chelsea Manor (in fact my sister and I agreed we would put our names down too)!
Rachael from Client Services, took time to build a relationship with my Mum before going through the agreement and other paperwork. The team really know how to build trust and their integrity and sincerity feels very genuine.
Many people, including the housekeeper, took time to come and introduce themselves to Mum and Dad. There were flowers in Dad’s room and sandwiches and tea arrived at lunchtime for Mum and I. I was able to leave feeling very confident that Dad will be loved, cared for, safe and part of a new family.
Thank you to you and your team for all that you do – I can’t begin to tell you the difference it makes!
