Recently I attended physiotherapy at Wonthaggi Rehab Centre. Prior to this I had a knee replacement operation. Due to lack of care on the part of the physiotherapy group that were to deliver home physiotherapy, but failed to turn up on numerous occasions, I had received no physiotherapy since leaving hospital.

Three weeks after the operation we met Colleen who was a breath of fresh air – she was confident which helped us to no end, extremely helpful with her suggestions and extremely positive with her outlook. My spouse and I left her feeling confident with what we had achieved. Thank you most sincerely Colleen.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your positive feedback about our service. We provide a comprehensive Allied Health and Rehabilitation Service from our Wonthaggi Hospital site. Colleen is our Physiotherapy Manager and we totally agree that she is fantastic. She has excellent clinical skills and is very focused on making sure we provide the best care to our clients. I will be sure to pass on your feedback and I hope your knee continues to improve.
