(as the patient),

My child and I attended emergency for an accidental stab wound. Whilst helping my child, all staff were very knowledgeable, caring and efficient. Follow up letter was fantastic. Please also note that during the triage time waiting, staff managed a mental health triage involving police with a safe professional approach. Well done BCH! Thank you.

Thanks so much for taking the time to post your feedback. I agree that our Emergency Department staff do a great job responding to the myriad of issues and patient concerns that present to our ED.
